Automated robotic pharmaceutical and drug dispensing for automated high volume drug manufacture.
We have manufactured and designed solutions to assist in the high volume automated drug and pharmaceutical manufacturing process.
We can design and manufacture pallet systems to make best use of your automated drug and liquid dispensing workstations. Many standard systems have small pallets that hold a few test tubes in a batch and the automated workstation then holds several smaller pallet stations.
which involves staff having to spend time picking and placing the pallets into the workstation.
By increasing the size of the pallets means longer production runs and then a quick swap out of pallets which means the machine is up and running again whilst the previous pallet is being unloaded / re-prepared on the bench, keeping machine up-time to the maximum.

The plate / pallet shown above holds test tubes in batch groups of 96 test tubes x 9 groups which means 864 test tubes in one batch.

This is one of the automated workstations that we have designed a solution for. The black structure is the main work area and it has 12 locations and as you can imagine a member of staff has to load the 12 stations each time but with our upgrade it is possible to load a bigger pallet in one hit. Also we have made other solutions so that other test tube configurations can be loaded.
