Thick grey PVC component parts machined on a cnc milling machine and a cnc lathe
These Grey PVC parts were turned on our CNC lathe and milled on out CNC milling machine
Plastic Machining
A selection of grey PVC parts that were for SUB sea ROV sensors, all parts were machined in grey PVC. They started off in a thick grey PVC plate / block and we produced the components by sawing, milling and turning and using cad / cam to assist in the programming of the machines.
The parts above was turned on our cnc lathe the main outside diameter was 315mm and they are 100mm thick with O-ring grooves.
There are two parts the same and the picture shows the top and bottom of each one.
The part above was cnc Milled from a block of grey PVC plastic plate, the finished part is 30mm thick and 430mm x 180mm in size.
It has O-ring groves both on the inside and outside of the part.
