Stainless steel angle and waterjet cut parts milling machined
Waterjet cut and angle parts machined in 316 grade stainless steel
These 316 marine grade stainless steel parts have been cut from raw stock then machined into the final parts for a Sub sea ROV sensor jig / rig.
The angles were sawn from standard 30mm x 30mm x 3mm stock 316 marine grade angle, then they were machined to the accurate tolerances required for the project.
We machined holes, Counter sunk holes, the ends were machined square and we also machine radius’s where required on the corners.
The 316 grade stainless steel mounting plates were waterjet cut from stock 10mm thick 316 marine grade plate.
they were then de-burred and set up in the cnc milling machine to have threaded homes machined in to the various faces.
