Flush boat deck table mount back washer

This flush boat deck table mount needed a stronger back washer to secure it to the deck.
After taking our dimensions from the deck mount and working out the hole pitch a cad file was created and we waterjet cut the part from 6mm thick 316 grade stainless steel plate, de-burred and sanded all faces and edges and tapped the holes M6.
We then machined out the original mount holes on the deck mount to M6 clearance (the original holes were approximately 5mm for standard screws ) and increased the countersink diameter and depth for an M6 countersunk machine screw.
