With our extensive workshop facilities which includes modern CNC machines along with our CNC waterjet profiling service, we are able to offer you an excellent response to your project brief. Shown in this section are a variety of individually machined parts as well as solutions to various design requirements.

Included in our extensive machining facilities are a 3 axis cnc milling machine, a 2 axis cnc lathe and 2d and 3d cad/cam, we also use an electromagnetic chuck, a Microloc system, vacuum work holding and many other work holding fixtures. With our waterjet profiling system we manufacture many small work holding devices at a reasonable cost. This enables us to produce more complicated jobs and projects.
From simple bushes and pins to 3d parts and projects built from many machined parts.
We work in many different materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper plastics etc. We can design working solutions for your projects, or solve problems for you; perhaps we can make a design work so well for you it will increase your productivity or profit.
