Our creative approach to engineering is shown throughout this gallery highlighting our ability to solve design related issues. Pictured here, a cad design which will be used to protect a fibre optic endoscope. The design calls for a protective handle. We will machine this from aluminium in 2 halves which will then screw together.

Design Engineering is where we truly excel. Safire Design Engineers are highly creative with a innovative think tank. This, coupled with the wide range of facilities at our disposal means we can overcome and solve many challenges.

The majority of designs begin with a simple sketch or rough idea still in the client's head. To make this a reality we start with sketches as well as 2D and 3D Cad designs. The 3D Cad design process can ensure the idea will work in practice before even cutting a material. Although it is sometimes necessary to create working prototypes.

Safire Design Engineers have produced some very interesting and unusual items over the years. Often clients call and say, 'I would like something designed or produced that may seem a little strange'. We will look at the possible design solutions to all enquiries no matter how strange or unusual.

We also work to embody products for other people, realising their ideas but wanting us to fulfill the design, production and supply allowing them to market the product as their own goods.
