200 year old hinge of an old French chest.

cast iron church floor vent grill which was broken for years, We put it back
together.
Above are the remnants of
some ridge tiles of a Victorian dolls house.
We were commission to make some more to replace them, pictured below are some
that were hand cut to keep the irregularities in to keep them looking old
and hand made.

We have made various hinges
for renovation projects pictured above on the left is a steel hinge our new
hinge is far left the original is on the right of it. On the right is a brass
hinge for a writing cabinet made from brass sheet.

parts inc. Hoods, grills grates, ash pans, ash pan covers etc..
shown on the left are 2 grills made by us, the top one was polished, and the
bottom one was made with feature wiggle bars.
On the right is a hood made with some feature added to match the fire place.
This is an antique syphon stove which was
fully refurbished by us.
Above is before and after is below. We completely dismantled all movable
parts, then stripped all the paint off. We cleaned and polished the copper
details, repaired all broken elements and straighten out the chimney, then
finished with iron paste.
This is one of the Simplest
designs of fire place I have renovated but In my eye it was one of the most
stunning, It is about 4 ft tall but very narrow. We stripped it then burnished
it. The hood, grill, ash pan and ash pan cover were missing. These were all
replaced, the hood, grill and ash pan cover were all polished
This surround was left at the back of a
barn because of the missing corner. My client couldn't throw it out, eventually
they found us and we made the repairs by inserting in a new bit, we also
made the grill to fit.
